Did the Senior Rec Center tonight and tomorrow morn, I'll step on the scale to see if it screams as loud. Hope not. Funny, how much I missed the whole bike, treadmill and read routine. Getting my nerve to do the pool there. My bestest good best friend, Bingo agreed she'd walk it with me. After the over 30 years, we've known each other, Bingo didn't realize how terrified of water I am. Like to be around it, wade, yet gotta always touch the bottom.
