Tide on Thursday

I don't much root for Texas college teams--yet, I decided the Texas Longhorns would get my 'rah-rah' for their quest to be #1 in the Division I college football ranks. Roll OVER the Alabama Crimson is what I waited to see.

Then in the first series, Number 12, aka QB Colt McCoy, goes down. Shoulder injury. Game is in second quarter as I write this and Texas is on the losing end. Will Colt be able to come back? That remains to be seen.

With Colt McCoy out of the game, it's as if the game has lost some zeal.

I still believe in miracles.

Stay tuned.

I just wish we Tennessee Vols weren't so pitiful. :-)

Mom watches them...rants and raves and forgets to pet me she gets so involved.

HA! I was that way when I watched the Dallas Cowboys or the Iowa Hawkeyes--the thing is, you gotta learn to love football as much as your Mom...my brood gets more treats...
