.....and so another house adventure. One room is paneling--which was the grooviest in about--oh--1966. It ain't now. I head to meet a new friend, Sherwin-Williams--this guy Daniel helps me with some samples, that were 5 bucks a piece, to take back to my new house. Plus a couple brushes. Painted some poster board and taped to the fireplace. I sat there on the couch left behind by the sellers, and stared at my stone fireplace. Naw. The color does not go with ANYTHING. Oh well, at least I have paint for other stuff. Then I head to Lowe's--their paint samples were cheaper-more paint on the posterboard--tomorrow, I'll take stock. This homeowner stuff.....I noticed the neighbors checking me out. Ahhh....it does feel good to be in a neighborhood. Tomorrow, I look for more laminate flooring----the installation costs more than the material....I don't think so.
I'll be glad when this is done...
