To live by yourself has many pleasures
Such as droppin' your clothes where ever you want-
Doing the dishes whenever, or just eat off paper plates
Throw em away. No mess. No fuss.
And being able to go to your fridge for a
Swig of juice or milk right from the container
Which is what I did as I readied for church this morn.
See, the meds I gotta take suggest
Milk to swallow em down with.
Popped the meds in my mouth and reach
For the plastic jug in the fridge-
I forgot I had two jugs of milk in the fridge
Once I took a swig, I remembered.
Spoiled milk ain't the tastiest beverage.
Over to the sink I go, in between the dishes
I'll consider to wash, to spit out said milk and the meds.
Yea, the other jug was the one I bought yesterday.
I forgot to take the remnents of the old out.
I've since remembered.
