June 5, 1968 Bobby Kennedy was shot in California. He died on June 6th.
I remember his pregnant wife, Ethel, hold up his head--while he was spread on the floor. It looked as if Bobby spoke to her. I always wonder what he said.
A train took his body back East. At one point, my family was in the backyard when we watched a train passed through town.
They pretended it was his train.
My mom said, "Rest in peace, Bobby."
History left undone.
