Memorial Day


A national holiday in the United States. Remember and celebrate those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we do have in this country.

On this national holiday I am going to work for a few hours. Yea. You read right. With the changes happening on the job, a few of us will be there. I've already done some school work, laundry, pet a cat and filled the birdfeeders. The pile of dishes and the throwing out of clutter wait their turn.

I do realize I have these free choices because of what others did before me. They are small things to some, yet big things for me.

It's a national holiday and I am blessed.
