And I am so grateful. Usually don't want to wish my life away, yet this year-THIS year -sucked.
I ain't gonna pretty it up.
Yes, I know am blessed He let me see another year. Each day I thanked Him for the breath in my body. Things could have been worse...
Really-Could they?
Yes, they could. However, this year--I swear, was worse than the year, of my little open-heart surgery. Yes, 2009. The year wasn't all I wanted, like better job, more money, so I'm not a frequent shopper at the Dollar Store, or a successful writing career-although He made sure I had what I needed. Even tho we disagreed on what I think I needed. :)
Yea, yea, for the folks that have known me back in the day, remember past New Year's Eves where, the partying was drown with booze, music and just the moment of that time and space. Hey, I had fun and the BEST NYE' ever: the party in the chicken coop during my senior year in high school! Trust me--it worked well--the whole town was there! :) And here I'm talking about doing for God. Surprises some still--I'm sure.
2009 brought me through alot. It's almost done. And I couldn't be happier. Just six hours away, as I script this. Look forward to it, because I am looking forward. Been to the landfill, now it's time to FILL the land with the gifts been given us.
Happy New Year--Almost!

Bonne année!
Happy New Year my sweet new friend. May this year to come be filled with joy.
I have not heard one person claim that 2009 was a good year. Not one! Although I took this blog entry seriously, I found myself laughing at some of the points made. I think we can all relate to it.
I believe even with a dish of seriousness, we all can use a dash of humor! :)
Thanks for stopping by!
